2017 FALL Open ID Camp

The FALL Open ID Camp provides an excellent opportunity for all players grades 9 and up to be instructed and evaluated by the MOUNT ST. MARY’S Soccer staff.  This camp provides the most individual attention from the MOUNT ST. MARY’S soccer staff of all of our camps.  The MOUNT ST. MARY’S staff will personally coach and evaluate every individual, and participants will be challenged in all phases of the game at a top Division I level.  This camp is designed for the most committed players whose desire is to play at the highest level.  No players currently enrolled at four year institutions other than MOUNT ST. MARY’S will be allowed to participate without a release from current institution.

SAMPLE ITINERARY: 

SUNDAY
8:15 – 8:45am:  Check-in

9:00 – 10:30am:  Training Session I

10:30 – 11:15am:  Recruiting Talk – Lunch Provided

12:30 – 2:00pm:  Training Session II – 8v8 Matches

2:00 – 5:0pm:  Dinner on Own

5:00 – 7:00pm:  11 v 11 Matches

 

MEALS: 

Campers are expected to organize their own lodging and meals.  Numerous healthy lunch options are located on the MOUNT ST. MARY’S campus and directly adjacent to campus 

 

LODGING:

Campers are expected to organize their own lodging and transportation if necessary.

 

WHAT TO BRING:

– Soccer Ball.  Every camper is responsible for his own ball.  

– Water Bottle – To prevent waste from disposable cups, every camper should bring his own water bottle to fill up at the provided water stations.  Cups will not be provided.

– Sunscreen

– Cleats & Flat-soled shoes/sneakers

– Shin Guards

– Watch – it is recommended that each camper bring an inexpensive watch to assist him in keeping on schedule.

– Training attire for Three Sessions

– Rain jacket

– A small bag to carry your ball, shoes, etc. to field

– Contact Lenses/Solution

 

MEDICAL FORM: 

As a part of the online registration process, each registrant will complete and e-sign a medical waiver form before completing the registration process.

 

ACT OF MOTHER NATURE POLICY: 

As a part of the online registration process, each registrant will complete and e-sign our Act of Mother Nature Policy before completing the registration process.

 

In the event that camp is cancelled due to any Act of Mother Nature including Hurricanes, Tropical Storms, Tropical depressions, etc., each registrant of said camp will receive full camp credit for a future Mount St. Mary’s  Soccer Camp.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

As a part of the online registration process, each registrant will complete and e-sign our Cancellation Policy before completing the registration process.

 

2017 FALL Open ID Camp Cancellation Policy: No refund will be provided to registrants canceling AFTER 12pm November 3.  Dismissal due to disciplinary action will also result in no refund.

 OTHER REFUND POLICIES: 

-Every effort will be made to secure the safety of all campers and every effort will be made to make up any missed field sessions due to weather.  There will be no refunds issued for missed training sessions. 

 -Once camp begins, there will be no refunds issued of any kind.  

 

PARKING: 

Our camp is held privately from the University.  We will not be held responsible for any illegal parking nor reimburse any violations due to illegal parking.

LOST AND FOUND: 

MOUNT ST. MARY’S SOCCER CAMP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MONEY OR OTHER VALUABLES.  We suggest that campers clearly label all belongings and LEAVE EXPENSIVE ITEMS AT HOME.  We are not responsible should such items be lost or stolen.
